Jackopierce – Aspen, Colorado

A couple weekends ago I was lucky enough to get to take photos of the band Jackopierce up in Aspen, Colorado. I’ve never been one to turn down an invitation to Aspen, and to be able to go and photograph Jackopierce was the cherry on top – well I’m more of a sprinkles kind of guy, so lets say they were the sprinkles on top.

Their Founders Lunch show (one of two shows of the day) took place at the always amazing Little Nell – Aspen Mountain Club with a gorgeous view of the slopes and the town of Aspen. What a setting for their first concert of the day! The fans were treated to a stellar lunch from the staff at the Aspen Mountain Club before Jack and Cary came out to play a killer acoustic set.

After the show the fans mingled with Cary and Jack before the next evening show. A short ride down on the gondola and we were back in downtown Aspen to enjoy the afternoon sunshine and get ready for the night show. The 7:30pm set was at the gorgeous Wheeler Opera House. Opening in 1889, this place has some serious history! The whole day was nothing short of  amazing and the guys really treated everyone to a unique destination experience. Thanks so much to David McCollum with Dryve Artist Management for putting everything together. I know everyone had a blast. Thanks so much for having me along for the ride Рwhat a great gig! Have a look for yourself:

What a great show! Have a stellar Wednesday!
